In 1985 Citadel Miniatures ran a blister promotion.  Hidden inside the newly designed special blister packs you could find a Citadel Collect Counter.  Each counter depicted a portion of either a Wizard, Ogre, Dwarf, Halfling, Troll, Chaos Knight or Barbarian.  Once that particular character was complete, you sent it back to Citadel HQ with a stamped address envelope and your figure would be posted back to you.
